What Variables can you change?



This is a demonstration. To turn it into an experiment it needs one changing variable.
Here are some ideas for changing variables.

1. Different amounts of oil
2. Different amounts of salt
3. Different amounts of water
4. Change the water. (Coke, honey, vinegar etc)
5. Different amounts of food colouring
6. Different colour of food colouring

1. Different amounts of salt
2. Shake it up. (Shake for 5 seconds, shake for 10seconds)
3. Different amounts of oil
4. Use bottles of different heights
5. Different amounts of water
6. Different types of oil (vegetable oil, Olive oil, Rice bran, Canola
7. Crush up a fizzy tablet and add different amounts to the salt
8. Change the water temperature

1. Different amounts of salt
2. Change the salt for (sugar, baking soda, baking powder, flour, sand)
3. Change the water. (Coke, honey, vinegar etc)
4.  Different colour of food colouring
5. Stir for different amounts of time after everything has been added
6. Crush up a fizzy tablet and add different amounts to the salt
7. Different amounts of water
8. Different amounts of oil
